There's a big difference between venture capitalism, and leveraging all your assets in hopes they somehow increase resale value. This plan Umeria is spinning is only technically possible, and beyond stupid to actually try and apply.

Evan Corcoran, a lawyer for Trump, said he was waved off searching Trump's Office for Classified Documents. This was when the DOJ issued its subpoenaed. Several Trump Aides told Corcoran to search the storage unit, saying that's where stuff from the White House was brought to. However, once he completed his search there, he asked where else he should search but was "steered" away from looking in other laces, including Trump's office. It's not clear who steered him away, but it could be growing evidence that Trump and some of his aides deliberately misled Corcoran.

Speaking of the Far-Right, they are floating the threat of McCarthy's Speakership over the debt ceiling deal.

It's not a given if they will go through with it, but McCarthy appears to be on the clock. The deal will likely get enough votes in the House to pass though it might cost McCarthy his seat - unless he's forced to negotiate with Democrats to keep his Speaker Seat.

Yes, that is why I made that joke and I don't think he would negotiate with the democrats tbh, if the beginning of this congress didn't make him do it, either will this.

Now with context it's not just some thing someone said.
"...I have been gravely disappointed with the white moderate. I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in the stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Council-er or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who prefers a negative peace which is the absence of tension to a positive peace which is the presence of justice; who constantly says "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I can't agree with your methods of direct action;" who paternalistically feels he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by the myth of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait until a "more convenient season." -MLK Jr.

Four more measures join the Plaza today, all from the same state:

Texas: The tenth amendment would create the Texas Energy Fund, funded by the Legislature and run by the Public Utilities Commission. The fund would be used to update power plants.

The eleventh amendment would create the Texas Broadband Infrastructure Fund, funded by the Legislature and used to finance broadband and telecommunications projects.

The twelfth amendment would create the Texas Water Fund to be run by the Texas Water Development Board and used to finance water projects.

The thirteenth amendment would rename the National University Research Fund to the Texas University Fund. It would also allocate the annual interest, earnings, and investment income from the state Economic Stabilisation Fund to it.

The Republicans cant negotiate the Speakership or the Powers of the Speakership with the Leftist Democrats, because the Leftist Democrats don't negotiate the Speakership or the Powers of the Speakership with the Republicans when they are in charge, in Politics everything works both ways, not just one way, it works both ways, this statement is a Fact.

R + 11 on the Cook Rating and First elected by Utahns in 2012, Stewart is serving his 6th term in Congress. In 2022, he won reelection over Democrat Nick Mitchell by over 30 percentage points. Cool.

So if he really is resigning for health issues, what happens to this, unless he is not resigning for health issues:

Stewart was widely believed to be preparing to run for the U.S. Senate seat currently held by Sen. Mitt Romney. His forthcoming announcement, adding an open House seat to the mix, will likely scramble that calculation.

The congressman holds seats on the House Appropriations Committee and the House Intelligence Committee.

Stewart’s congressional office did not respond to a request for comment.

Alaska is weird politically, Utah is also weird politically, but weird politically in the way that Mormonism is weird. And oh the reason he voted for the Respect for Marriage Act is because the church basically endorsed it.
