Anyway in other news Alan Dershowitz may be facing perjury charges after some testimony came to light during a hearing in AZ

Apparently he was never supposed to be sworn in yet his lawyers agreed to put him under oath even though the judge warned that it could go bad for Dersh and his legal team.

Seems like the AZ GOP is not employing the brightest people, especially given that the Dershowitz team pissed off the judge by throwing the court officers under the bus on multiple occasions

Considering she’s 0-2, yes she’s had not one but two different trials to prove fraud happened, I’d say there is none. Or if there was any fraud that it was impossible to change the outcome.

For example one of the arguments was that people who didn’t vote due to the mechanical issues that day would have voted republican which is impossible to prove because you can’t know who they would have voted for.

Or that in places where there where undervotes like the AZ AG race that these would have also voted for the republicans, which again is impossible to prove because you can’t prove how someone would vote.

Or that the signature verification process for mail-in votes allowed Dems to change votes or whatever, which was proven false because the signature verifiers don’t see the actual ballot just the signature. So it’s impossible for them to have changed anything or suppressed anything.

The last one came out recently btw in the second trial that Lake had last week. The Lake team accidentally proved the opposing counsels point and showed that the signature verification team actually did their job correctly

If it helps there’s a lot of reporting that the republicans and democrats are close to a deal and many members are optimistic that one will be reached soon.

Dems are currently pushing for and believe they’ll get a two year debt limit extension, but the final one may only be a year as republicans want to force some cuts before the election.

Though the republican plan could backfire as that would make the debt limit crisis an election issue which the democrats could use to their advantage
