So, to specify, this was when the subpoenaed was issued back in May of 2022. Thus, he would had knowledge of the DOJ coming and thus, time to move certain boxes he wanted to keep. That is critical to establish obstruction, which I think is clear and obvious. This wasn't related to the FBI Search Warrant on his property.

Well? Reading is supposed to be fundamental. I read DOJ and it registered FBI. I need more coffee…..

I can agree with that one. MTG and Lake would have had to been forced on him if they were VP. Trump would not like them as they could take more TV attention away from him.

Noem is pretty milquetoast on the TV front. Well….from what little I have seen of her….

Anyway in other news Alan Dershowitz may be facing perjury charges after some testimony came to light during a hearing in AZ

Apparently he was never supposed to be sworn in yet his lawyers agreed to put him under oath even though the judge warned that it could go bad for Dersh and his legal team.

Seems like the AZ GOP is not employing the brightest people, especially given that the Dershowitz team pissed off the judge by throwing the court officers under the bus on multiple occasions
