There's a big difference between venture capitalism, and leveraging all your assets in hopes they somehow increase resale value. This plan Umeria is spinning is only technically possible, and beyond stupid to actually try and apply.

I mean, I would have preferred that Biden hold his ground and either force the GOP to cave or invoke the 14th. The Republicans on the Supreme Court might be hacks, but they're also shameless whores for big business who would be leaning on them hard to avoid a default, even if it means taking away the gun their party likes to hold to the nations head every time they want to throw a tantrum about losing the White House.
But failing that this deal does seem like it was just about the best possible outcome that could have been hoped for, since Republicans appear to have gotten completely hosed and are trying to claim symbolic 'wins' on shit they all ready controlled (spending for the next 2 years) or that was happening anyway (student loan repayments resuming).
Even the energy permitting reform is a split decision at best, since green energy projects get stuck in permitting hell as often as fossil fuel stuff. So they'll get to throw a bone to their dimwitted base about getting a few more shitty projects approved, meanwhile the transition to renewables will accelerate. And it will make Joe Manchin happy, which is unfortunately still a necessity for the Democrats.

Speaking of the Far-Right, they are floating the threat of McCarthy's Speakership over the debt ceiling deal.
It's not a given if they will go through with it, but McCarthy appears to be on the clock. The deal will likely get enough votes in the House to pass though it might cost McCarthy his seat - unless he's forced to negotiate with Democrats to keep his Speaker Seat.

The other good thing is that this deal extends the limit for two years which means we won’t deal with it until summer of 2025.
That’s a big win for Biden as republicans only wanted the limit to be extended through the end of the year.

Could have been infinity years though...

I could definitely see the democrats supporting him as speaker, especially as he’s shown that he can negotiate things. And democrats will most definitely negotiate to get some power/perks in favor of supporting him.

If I were the dems, I’d be pushing and shoving for a more moderate Republican. Hell, maybe someone outside of congress. Ahnald for Speaker anyone?

More fundamentally, a deal with Democrats would keep McCarthy alive for the rest of this term, but how does he win reelection after infuriating Republican voters? To say nothing of the fact that he'd have to bring at least a couple of other Republicans into the deal with him to have 218 total votes. Maybe Brian Fitzpatrick could survive switching parties, but there's not many Republicans who could, and certainly not McCarthy. Being pushed out by the Freedom Caucus like Boehner would be humiliating, but getting Democratic support ends with the same overall result
