Ah yes lets make the liberals cry. Your lot is despicable and I wish there was law your guns could be grabbed and smashed in front of you or gun shops could have all their merchandise broken.

Reaching for some stranger's firearm(s) is not an advisable course of action. It would most likely be considered a threat of lethal level, and the firearms owner would most likely act accordingly to stop the threat.
Gun control is like trying to solve drunk driving by making it harder for sober people to own cars.

Any accident you can walk away from is one I can laugh at.

I'll have to go back and check, but I believe they were three separate incidents resulting in a single death each.

One of them was perpetrated by an off duty Dayton, OH police officer with his legally owned Mac-11.

@San- look, all you gotta do is find a historical analog from the time of the founding and at the time of the ratification of the 14th Amendment of a law that meet constitutional muster in regards to firearms under the 2nd Amendment, whether it was a regulation or ban. Analog sister laws are not the same as a historical analog. Ex. a ban on bobby traps with firearms or bans on dirks, daggers, bowie knives, etc. from being concealed.

And there will be more mass shootings and needless bloodshed and it will be the fault of people with attitudes like yours. I wouldn't be surprised if soon states and the people tell the courts to take a long walk off a plank when it comes to this issue in fact Im starting to think they should. If the court was ever to give your lot what they want of unlimited unrestricted guns no questions asked the Supreme Court should be told to pound sand.

Nothing based about it. That's what some here want and its honestly scary. Japan doesn't have a problem of mass shootings on regular basis and neither does the United Kingdom. The fact is mass shootings went up since the assault weapon ban expired but that's a fact you and others refuse to acknowledge.

That would be an act of treason, which is punishable by death.

Of course, if you want the 2A's protections to not be in your way, you could try amending the Constitution. However, that would require 2/3 of Congress and 3/4 of the states. Until then, it will be you who should pound sand.

Unrestricted access to guns is based, tho.

It is, and I'm not scared at all.

They're also horrible places to live.

You’re therefore acknowledging you don’t care about the consequences you just want your stupid guns?

Japan actually has a history of biochemical and biohazard attacks, especially anthrax. Most of them were perpetrated by cults, though.

Japan has no problems, unless you value "the rights of the accused", "being tolerant of immigrants", "not getting groped on a train", and "not getting killed by a bioweapon less than a minute after you get groped on a train".

The UK has no problems, unless you value "the right to political protest", "not getting stabbed", "having healthcare for cheap without a decade-long waiting list", and "food that isn't bland".

The unconstitutional 94 awb, had a negligible effect on crime, the other issue was and is still true today that handguns are still the most used firearm to carryout a mass shooting.

Guns are all you care about and it’s utterly and completely pathetic. A friend of mine was very nearly paralyzed from an assault weapon and at the Las Vegas shooting. It was only by the grace of someone upstairs that didn’t happen.

If not for Broadway and 432 Park Avenue, I could say the same about you. Of course, the two of you are on opposite sides of the "I don't give a fuck either way" line.
