We now have visual evidence of at least 31 Russian tanks and vehicles lost during the failed assaults on Vuhledar.

13 Russian tanks (mostly T-72B3), 12 BMP-1/BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicles, 2 MT-LB, an IMR combat engineering vehicle and some other vehicles.

So that's half a motor-rifle battalion without their vehicles now... if they survived... <.<

At least 31 vehicles lost - the aftermath of the Russian attack on Vuhledar, Donetsk Oblast. 13 Russian tanks (mostly T-72B3), 12 BMP-1/BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicles, 2 MT-LB, an IMR combat engineering vehicle and others were destroyed or damaged and abandoned - Allegedly 31 Russian vehicles, including 13 tanks were lost at Vuhledar according to this source i found via the live map.

Bunch of pictures attached of the destroyed vehicles from the air.

I've read somewhere (Twitter, so obviously not credible but still) Rheinmetall's negotiating to send their new Panther KF51 tanks to Ukraine but I'm not sure how trustworthy that is, nor why Rheinmetall would do such a thing and why the Ukrainians might even accept.

I would seriously doubt that, those things are still being developed and have not entered service with anyone i believe. Way too risky to send them off at the moment, they might be trying to sell Ukraine older tanks they have lying around maybe.

Rheinmetall's CEO himself confirmed this, and said the tanks could arrive in Kyiv in 15 to 18 months. The German government needs to approve the export first, however.

Which considering Germany is a rather pacifist country whose military was deeply hollowed out and lacking in investment is saying something. Plus German laws for shipping equipment are also not as conducive as other countries. Germany has also been a major contributor of non lethal aid to Ukraine and has worked through the EU to provide substantial aid.

Blah blah, yes, they haven’t done nothing, but again— they’ve been a reluctant follower, not a leader.

Up until well into the war any arms sale to a country that is at war - including civil wars - was illegal. Export licenses for anything bigger than firearms to non-NATO countries were contentious enough even when that region was at peace.
While that law is now repealed, the principle is still deeply ingrained into the decision making process. This includes the population which were immediately on board with taking in refugees and sending humanitarian aid but needed to get eased into arms shipments and quite a few are still a bit uncomfortable with MBTs.

at this point, if Sen wants to believe the ultra secret super covert conspiracy theory, despite all the evidence to the contrary, there isn't much you can do.

He doesn't believe the blog post because of its merits (as it has none.) he believes it because it conforms to a narrative he wants to be true.
