SIMFEROPOL, May 8. /TASS/. Acting Governor of the Zaporozhye region Yevhen Balitsky in early May signed a decree on ending the practice of expelling residents to the territory controlled by Ukraine for anti-Russian actions in the region.
“By the decision of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, [a decision] was made to terminate this rule on eviction. <...> And on May 2 or 5, in accordance with the order of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, I also issued a decree that this rule was terminated. We are now we cannot use this norm," Balitsky said on the air of the Krym-24 TV channel.
He signed a decree on expulsion to the territory controlled by Ukraine for anti-Russian actions in July last year. The document concerned those involved in the terrorist attacks and their accomplices, as well as those who discredited the authorities of the Russian Federation, involved in extremist activities or creating a threat to public safety.

Since July last year, there has been a practice of expelling residents of the newly annexed territories who commit anti-Russian actions to the territory controlled by Ukraine.
This even applied to people like the spotters of the Ukrainian artillery (what a terrible stupidity, my God). Here is one example of this.
As of this week, this practice has been discontinued.SIMFEROPOL, May 8. /TASS/. Acting Governor of the Zaporozhye region Yevhen Balitsky in early May signed a decree on ending the practice of expelling residents to the territory controlled by Ukraine for anti-Russian actions in the region.

It's an improvement just for me (I'd shoot, but oh well). In your opinion, this should be a deterioration, since it means that they will not be sent to a Ukrainian camp, but kept in a Russian prison.
Unless, of course, our genius humanists decide to scold them a bit and let them go.

Saboteurs, artillery supporters, etc. are voluntary participants in the war.
Participants in the war must be ready to die, this is natural.
Besides, their "cause" is quite stupid.

These people are not always dressed in proper uniform, and are unlikely to have tried to surrender.
I have a feeling they are almost always disguised as civilians.
