Okay so, a species that looks exactly like us apparently exists somewhere on space, all our understanding about how evolution works are pretty much broken, we will likely have to trace our species back to an indeterminate place in space, as more likely than not we somehow crashed into here. We will likely be under absolute shock and sending stuff to space in order to contact any other space humans.

We have just discovered that: Aliens exists, aliens are naturally more powerful than us, aliens may be technologically more advanced than us and now we rest in their fate since they can just laser us despite how strong we think we are. Odds are we will try to execute the guy out of fear.

I think it would be amazing. It might help heal some of the divides we have and mitigate some issues.

What do you all think?

One thing to note is that this hypothesis demonstrates a lack of responsibility or care for one’s own, and humanity’s own, ability to address concurrent issues and concerns, and shows a desire for something else to fix it all for us, according to how we want it fixed. It’s fantastical and childish, IMO.

Superman's powers are a result of his genetic make-up and its amplification by the light of our sun. You can't actually steal that.

Someone mentioned, that power corrupts, so it's better to kill him. I say, there is no need to kill or remove him at once. It's better to just create a countermeasure for his powers, so if his power corrupts him, he at least could be secured, contained, protected.
