In what way are people not answering them?

Their first post was a complete misrepresentation of what evolution is, and was also confusing evolution with the big bang. They were informed about this, and pointed at links that neatly explain what evolution is.

He was answered. The entire premise of his question is ignorant.

Well....... yeah ok, how about we restart?

What makes one think that evolution is true? That it happens?

No they do not argue with creativity.

They do however show that the universe could of been created without a god.

The t.o link I provided, while a slightly long page, is a good and reasonably accessible introduction to evolution. Ditto the introduction to evolution Wikipedia link.

Evolution is just government spit trying to brainwash us smart Americans. I will keep my children away from this filth. I was not beaten by nuns for nothing.

It also promotes Homosexuality and Drugs.

Why would we not believe in a theory that is the best explanation for what we observe?

Except that his example was complete nonsense, thus leaving no logical basis for his argument.

Current theory is, boiled down to the simplest explanation, as follows:
Organisms reproduce imperfectly. Imperfect reproduction gives rise to differing capabilities in organisms. Organisms that receive beneficial traits are more likely to survive and breed. Successful traits are passed on

To be even more simple - Evolution is a change over time of lifeforms

"In the broadest sense, evolution is merely change, and so is all-pervasive; galaxies, languages, and political systems all evolve. Biological evolution ... is change in the properties of populations of organisms that transcend the lifetime of a single individual. The ontogeny of an individual is not considered evolution; individual organisms do not evolve. The changes in populations that are considered evolutionary are those that are inheritable via the genetic material from one generation to the next. Biological evolution may be slight or substantial; it embraces everything from slight changes in the proportion of different alleles within a population (such as those determining blood types) to the successive alterations that led from the earliest protoorganism to snails, bees, giraffes, and dandelions."
- Douglas J. Futuyma in Evolutionary Biology, Sinauer Associates 1986

Simply, biological evolution is the change in the characteristics of a population extending over generations due to selection effects on inheritable traits.

EDIT: A huge problem is your understanding that "those fish "grow" legs and walk onto land." The real way to think about that is that the population slowly developed different characteristics that ultimately fulfilled the function of "legs".
