Ok. What has trump been charged with? Make 2 lists. One for the political charges and one for the legal violations.

But spoiler that shit because it’s gonna be long.

Trumps documents vs Bidens? Sorry. At the moment they are not. Trump should be tried for the documents alone.

I doubt Biden has anything that really be considered a threat to the US. Still that’s what the investigation will tell……

Do you have any proof of this? Evidence of things which would exonerate Trump from the claims?

Even then the committee doesn’t prosecute for legal violations. Now court of politics…sure. It’s why you have Trump and his asskissers saying one thing to the public and something different in the courts.

This link shows his full speech that allegedly incited violence.
https://apnews.com/article/election-202 ... 02eb471f27
Here were the exerps that most remotely implied violence:
I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.

And we fight. We fight like hell. And if you don’t fight like hell, you’re not going to have a country anymore.

Our exciting adventures and boldest endeavors have not yet begun. My fellow Americans, for our movement, for our children, and for our beloved country.

And I say this despite all that’s happened. The best is yet to come.

So we’re going to, we’re going to walk down Pennsylvania Avenue. I love Pennsylvania Avenue. And we’re going to the Capitol, and we’re going to try and give.

The Democrats are hopeless, they never vote for anything. Not even one vote. But we’re going to try and give our Republicans, the weak ones because the strong ones don’t need any of our help. We’re going to try and give them the kind of pride and boldness that they need to take back our country.

So let’s walk down Pennsylvania Avenue.

Where have all of the good men gone? In the US, there is allegedly a decline in men ready or willing for marriage/commitment. The women in workforce or college are displeased at what is available. I think this is quite good. With luck, this will be the impetus to either roll back feminism, or get the women to do the same things as many men are doing, which is to quit caring about work and whether or not the wider society around them burns or collapses.

Even if the changes I propose wind up hurting everyone, there will at least be enough satisfaction to be had from corporations/the rich losing a great deal of their money/status if everyone who is able to, simply doesn't produce anymore- and keep feeding the machine that oppresses us all. No to wages, no to salaries, no to taxes. No to wasteful materialism. We will ultimately be better off moving away from commerce to living off the land, in communes, or as nomadic tribes.

Oh the speech?

Not exactly evidence. A person could argue it’s part a conspiracy. Comments to cover ones ass. Even ignoring that. The comments? Inflame inflame inflame. But play nice. Inflame inflame inflame.

Sure it will work in the court of politics. Fodder for the faithful. Court time? It won’t save him.

You have odd views.

I will put the some question to you. Did the committee falsely statements or falsify claims with what they sent to the DoJ?

You see in the court of politics you can lie all you want.

You can be punished for lying in court.

As I have said. For the documents alone trump is in trouble.

If a fascist state can't take over the country or the government proper, the next best thing is a state within a state, a rebellion. Forment enough disorder, grow the agitating group large enough, and you have an army to work with. I'm not the leader for this, but I have hopes that one will come about that I can follow. The US as it stands, is not worth saving in many people's eyes. It is only empty consumerism and greed, with unlimited importation of people from the rest of the world. Not what I can truly consider a real country, the way it is going. Very much a society in terminal decline.

Peace is a lie, there is only passion. Through passion, I gain strength. Through strength, I gain power. Through power, I gain victory. Through victory, my chains are broken!
