That's what GMS and everyone else clucking their tongues are missing for some reason.

We find out that Trump has boxes and boxes of papers he should have returned-holy shit, look into that. But Trump doesn't want that. Trump sycophants don't want that. So there's a debate, because you have Trump and Trump's surrogates saying that we shouldn't look into it, no big deal.

We find out that Biden had a dozen documents he should have returned but no one noticed until his lawyers found them, they were immediately reported to the archive and an investigation as to why there were there in the first place (as well as why no one noticed for six years) opens. Good, look into that. There is no 'other side' to this. Unless GMS is saying he doesn't want this investigated.

So what is he trying to argue here? What does he think we oppose? Is it just the relative benefit of the doubt Biden is getting? Because the behavior in the wake of it earns that since at the moment it doesn't appear like he's trying to hide anything or impede an investigation. When he does, we'll likely condemn that but we're not there yet.

So this is just sound and fury signalling nothing.

It doesn't look like there was any crime here. If someone commits a crime unknowingly its very unlikely any charges would be filed.

The only time law enforcement works this way is when the person who committed the crime has the power to retaliate against any agency with jurisdiction.

And if that's the findings of the investigation, then game on. But it's still something to look into by the people given the authority to enforce those rules.

I'm not holding my breath that it will be some damning lynch pin that will destroy the Biden presidency. But, lets find out why they were there anyway because they should not have been.

What’s wacko about that? It’s pretty much basic civil engineering. Unfortunately it’s not always politically possible, but it’s just common sense. I wish the same thinking was applied to barrier islands and subsidizing flood insurance as well.

I believe that both of them are predators. And neither is fit for the Presidency for that reason and a slough of other ones.

It’s not a question of belief. It’s what the investigation will show. Biden could be honest. Biden could by lying. Biden could have honestly not known especially with your lot’s declarations and jokes about his mental acuity.

We will probably not get an honest picture from the republicans who will be controlling this investigation. They; like you; will try to say both actions are the same.

2 things that I predict will be similar: 1. This will be investigated for over a year, and cause a big waste of time, just like last time. 2. It will be done very biased and unfairly just like last time.

For one thing resources. Water, power and replacement housing.

Then you consider people will not be compensated for their property or at best the grossly devalued price.

It’s not worth really arguing as it won’t happen.

I will give her the benefit of cleaning up personal stuff. That is if she left things she didn’t have in place. It wasn’t the right move for her to have done that and yet you would have people making a great deal of noise over the personal emails.

Let’s not forget Trump asked the Russians to do a cyber-attack and declared there was server which still had them……fun times.

Do you have any proof of this? Evidence of things which would exonerate Trump from the claims?

Even then the committee doesn’t prosecute for legal violations. Now court of politics…sure. It’s why you have Trump and his asskissers saying one thing to the public and something different in the courts.
