True, but they'd rather keep the poor in their place. The peasants are revolting, after all.

Yeah. None of the major candidates really talked about issues facing Alabama that much. We’re ranked at the bottom of several things, local police departments are abusing their power, our prisons are abysmal, we’re not aiding families by cutting their taxes on groceries or making sure they can get healthcare. But hey “Old man bad” “I love Donald Trump” “Muh woke left” right?

Your local government can’t do much. Things that would normally be handled at the local and county in every other state have to go to a statewide referendum.

Your state constitution if I’m not mistaken is one of the longest in the world.

It's disappointing when a candidate points out the wrongs without offering a solution.

The only policies of Biden she has fought against is just, the immigration one, and student loans along with some culture war stuff. She even played into the election was stolen crowd despite conceding the results.

Just a quick question, does anyone here still believe that Donald Trump is going to get indicted? Yes he deserves to be indicted, but I have no faith in Garland.

Better solutions than the usual right-wing policies that have consistently failed the poor and the middle class, yes. Not necessarily Democrats, though. Many of them have sold out to Wall Street.

Garland was a disappointment waiting....there's a reason why Mitch suggested him prior to pulling the bait and switch on Obama. The man is no progressive.

It's not even that he is not a progressive, he has literally no spine. Just as useful to Donald Trump as Bill Bar as he doesn't want to appear "political."

Of course, putting Trump above the law is also a political act, but one he is more comfortable making.

And start favoring family farms over massive agribusinesses.

I got a better idea, abolish the grocery tax and keep complaining about Biden, since there is everything to complain about Biden.

Locally, they are $4.00 for a pack of 4, so one.

Also yes. Being pro-family should also focus on this.
