My life has not improved under 20 years of Democratic rule. In fact, many of my relatives have moved to Florida. Why should I support Hochul of all people?

Because Zeldin is an election denier and has outright lied in his campaign ads such as saying he will end cashless bail. The governor doesn’t have the authority to repeal a law.,

It should be illegal to make false claims and take things out of context in campaign ads. There should be a board that reviews them before they go to air.

My favourite part of this post is about how all the things you cite to demonstrate a slippery slope didn't happen.

It's absolutely disingenuous to suggest that maybe two gun control laws passed in your lifetime, probably just one though, is evidence of the "progressivist slippery slope". On the contrary, there is a great deal of friction against gun control, as again and again an instance of wanton slaughter fails to achieve any movement on it.
