Gender is not the same as sex. This argument has been debunked countless times before.

We're learning a bit more about the tentative agreement between the rail workers and the rail companies:

The rumor that rail employees won't be penalized for calling out sick? Not entirely true, it seems. Workers get one additional paid day off and three unpaid sick days for medical care visits but those three days have to be scheduled at least 30 days in advance and can only take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays. It's unclear whether employees will be penalized if they take a sick day on any other day of the week or without 30 days notice.

I don't know about other folks, but my body doesn't give me a 30-day notice for when I'm going to be sick, it's usually more of a "oh shit, woke up feeling like shit, better call out and go see a doctor today" type of deal.

Also, Per labor reporter Jonah Furman, we could see the IAM District 19 union go on strike as early as one week from today if they do not get offered another tentative agreement (they were still voting on the first PEB recommendations when the second tentative agreement was offered to the rest of the unions, so they're currently without a tentative agreement but in the negotiating stage).

What you wrote and provided this source to back up:

From your source:

Is it customary to provide sources that refute what you're arguing?

A thirty day notice for a single sick day isn't taking a sick day, it's a fucking huge notice for taking a day off.

The strikes should commence just for this bullshit alone.

That is one of the dumbest proposals i've ever seen. Who came up with that?

My understanding is it will take weeks for the ratification process and any potential strike would not happen until after ballots have been cast.

The rail companies you've been supportive of this whole time, this was their idea of course. This is what the workers have been fighting against, but you didn't care. You thought they should've settled for this or, earlier, even less than this.

Congress should just give the rail workers what they want and if the Parliamentarian objects because you didn't get 60 votes tell them to be quiet and sit down.

Considering Congress is more likely to bail out the railroads and shoot the workers in the foot, they should just sit this one out.

From "that's one of the dumbest proposals I've ever seen" to spewing anti-worker rhetoric in two posts flat, the whiplash must hurt.

Do you expect the workers to accept "one of the dumbest proposals" you've ever seen?
