Regardless, I was iterating the Kremlin position, not my own. I'm not certain we can pretend that it isn't a full-blown war in the same way that the Second Persian Gulf War, which wasn't officially declared, was. Heck, Russia has taken more casualties than the US did in its recent conflicts.
