Manpower should most definitely not be an issue for the Ukrainians. The Ukrainian armed forces in Ukraine should outnumber the Russian armed forces in Ukraine by a margin of at least 4:1.

Usually the numerically inferior opponent evens the odds by having more advanced tech, a more elite training, better tactics and/or better morale. Too bad the Russian army can't exactly claim to possess any of those things though. What they do have is a vastly bigger number in armored vehicles and artillery pieces.

Latest update from Rybar.

- Velykyi Burluk is taken. (Just as expected!)
- Russian units in east and north of Kupiansk decided to withdraw to Vovchansk.
- Ukrainian attacks on Krasny Lyman have been repulsed.
- A new line of defense is organized along the Oskil - Siversky Donets river, with retreating units from Izyum and additional reinforcements.

Information around Lyman is murky, some say it's captured, some say it isn't. Will return with more information later.
