Essential workers also need to get paid and treaded fairly. They also shouldn’t have to work 16 hours a day.

uhhh if i had to choose between being shot with a gun or being hit by a nearly 2,000 kilogram piece of metal going over 100 kilometers per hour... i know what i'd choose.

a gun is a targeted weapon that can be used as long as you have bullets. a car is a blunt weapon (it hits everyone in an area, which is not always what a killer wants) that only has so much inertia.

There wasn't anything to fix. The people who disagreed with them and stood in their way were racists. America is truly worse off without them.
And we're mostly without them because they starting infighting and killing each other. Granted, federal agents played a role in that, but a lot of the culpability for their fall is on themselves.

So they shouldn't have any leverage to negotiate with, thus bet the shit end of the stick everytime. And you wonder why we're saying you're anti-worker
Yes its totally acceptable for the power to turn off for millions as bargaining chip but this coming from someone who would tell their constituents if they were Mayor or Governor to send pizza to striking workers when their is no power or food.

I’m not anti worker. I am merely against essential workers striking.
Once again you spout elitist dogma. Workers striking is how we improve the working conditions and wages for the people who do the majority of the work.
Without striking, you would not have weekends, a 40-hour week, medical insurance, an end to child labour, etc.

Lumen doesn't have any of those things. He doesn't work.
