I am curious, what languages are spoken by this site's users? Do you speak multiple languages, or are you monolingual? Is your current primary language the same as your native language.

My case is a bit unusual I guess. I was born in Japan to a Czech father and a Japanese mother. While I grew up learning both Japanese and Czech in my early childhood, I mostly spoke Japanese. But when I was 9 we moved to Czechia and I have been living there ever since. So for the past 20 years my primary language has been Czech. I also learned English while in grade school. So, here is how I am with my languages:

Japanese: I was born in Japan, spent my early childhood there, and went to a public Japanese elementary school through the third grade. While in Japan I spoke both Czech and Japanese at home, but used only Japanese at school and when hanging out with my friends. However, I have not used Japanese much since coming to Czechia and my Japanese proficiency has dropped a bit, though I can still speak some.

Czech: I grew up learning Czech alongside Japanese in my early childhood, but have mostly only used Czech for the past 20 years. I am fluent in it and speak it almost exclusively in my daily life outside of the internet.

English: I learned English in grade school as a compulsory class. I think it is a nice language, but I am not sure about my profiency. I think I am okay with reading and writing, but I am not sure about my speaking ability. My grammar can use some work.

I can also understand Slovak and some Polish by default because of my fluency in Czech. I also know a little Russian and German.

English, Chinese, French

Fluent: English (My native language), French
Intermediate: Spanish, Korean
Basic: Latin (I've forgotten most of this over the years), Czech, German

My native language is Dutch, and I'm very proficient in English.

I also know a little bit of French, German and Italian. Well enough to read at my own pace, not well enough to hold a proper conversation.

Spanish (native), English, Serbian
Partially know Russian and Latin
Learning Japanese

Swedish, English, German.

Filipino(Native), English, Mandarin Chinese(Somewhat)

I speak English and a smattering of Irish and German.

Romanian( native), English and a little bit of German.

my native language is Italian

I also know some English and Spanish

My languages are English and danish

I speak English, Spanish, and some German.

I've been trying to learn Quebecois French.

Not necessarily, a lot languages used Sumerian script (including Old Persian, Akkadian, etc.)
In my case, I know Bulgarian and English (both native), I'm pretty good with French, and I'm learning Russian.

Language learning can be hard. I am still trying to improve my English. I am okay with writing and reading, but not so much with speaking I think. Just keep trying your best and you will hopefully get better.

Secondary language: Javanese, Sundanese, and Banjarnese
Foreign language: English and Germany

German native, English fluent, Russian and Latin just the basics

I speak English natively and I learned a little bit of German and Russian although I haven't been practicing for a while

I know how to speak in English, Russian and Georgian

I can speak German, but badly

French and english along with a bit of arabic and german.
