Indeed. It works for the politics too. Burr was quite the progressive for his day. Women's rights, racial freedom, expanding the franchise. He was the anti-hamilton of the day in a lot of ways

No. Aside from not being American, I don't think I (or anyone else on here...) knows nearly enough to be qualified to sit on SCOTUS. I do think it has a fascinating history and I love reading about constitutional law though, even as a foreigner.
