As to how SCOTUS Justice Forsher would rule? With an iron fist, obviously. The first step, naturally, is to make all the other justices dance to my own tune. Since they're all extremely aged persons, that seems easy enough. Just bake them cookies and shit, right? And once they're my stooges, I guess I slowly force the US Constitution to just agree with my politics.

If, however, the SCOTUS Justices have stronger wills than I anticipate, I guess I just have to call 'em as I see 'em, right? Well, I could, like, read the US Constitution, but the reality is that I think most questions that come to SCOTUS aren't matters of law at all, but political questions. So, I'll prefix all my opinions with that, and I'll berate the plaintiffs/appellants/respondents/whatevers wherever possible on these grounds. That being said, insofar as being a SCOTUS Justice is equivalent to being on a legislature, I will absolutely do my job and make up some bullshit to coerce the text of the US Constitution to agree with my politics.

I will then make sure to die in office so I never have to read any retrospectives on my career, as is also my duty as a SCOTUS Justice.
