Normally? Midnight to 5:30. But that has little to do with work and more to so with just my sleeping habits, because I've been like that for a while.

In NY I worked 13 days, 12 hours shifts every two weeks. My personal record was 23 consecutive 12 hour shifts. Lesson: don't let yourself be pushed into buying a house in NY.
