Computers would be really bad at running a political system because they would have absolutely no idea what to do without input from a conscious, emotional being
If a computer can decide what to do on its own, it's a conscious, emotional being and no longer purely rational.

which is why we remove emotional thinking from humanity until we are rational. AI will be used, coding to make sure the state has as much power as possible, tailor a schedule perfect forneveryone, plan economies, assign jobs, etc
