I caught covid back in 2020. I am lucky since my case was pretty mild and just felt like a mild cold which went away by itself after just 4 days. I still got vaccinated after, though.

I have been, though my grandma has dementia, has no idea what's going on, and she's in a nursing home, so we got them to look after her

Wait till you see my neighbourhood. We get illegal fireworks for the whole of December until New Year's Eve, and the left over fireworks are detenated daily, sometimes lasting as long as February. And the cops don't do do anything about it, no matter how many complaints they get. At least over there in the USA (I hope to God) that they're detonated in people's backyards. The amount of times I've reported undetonated fireworks on footpaths and in parks, waiting for a child to step on them, is ridiculous

what’s even funnier is that they’re still doing it… in the middle of the day! lmaoo what the fuck is there to even celebrate at this point
