So, I've been working on my next course of action now. I've got several options and I just need to figure out which one will be the best one for getting me where I want to go. I wish I didn't have to look at plan B.

Shoutout to my cat Pippa, though. I was worried that she was going to be disruptive during my interview yesterday but she just slept on my bed the entire time. She was a very good kitty! I bought a couple of toys for her as a reward.

I was watching her one day while I was studying. She was on my bed, rolling around in a patch of sunlight that was coming through the window, blissfully unaware of anything that was going on. I was admittedly a bit jealous.

On a slightly different note, yesterday I left the TV on the cat channel that Pluto TV has for her while I was in class. Mom got home before me and she said that Pippa was staring at the TV when she got home. There was a grey cat that looked like Sterling on there. Broke my heart.

Pippa also has a new quirk. When I'm in the living room she walks around crying until I sit in the floor with her. She doesn't want to play. She just wants me in the floor. As soon as I sit down she calms down.

I should provide a bit of context. I live in the Phoenix valley and am a transplant. More local people than me always made note of snow on the Superstitions. It's happened I think twice since I moved here around 11 years ago.

This isn't a little snow on the mountains. This is full snow on the Superstitions which is absolutely bonkers in March.

If God had meant it to snow in Arizona he would not have invented global warming.

For us, because it’s the beginning of March, we can expect the heat to crank up until May and June. And God help you if you live in, say, Dagupan instead of Manila; certain parts of the Philippines can have a heat index of 50C/122F come May.
