Hell, Ukraine has been provided with 90 M777 Howitzers already, tens of thousands of rounds of artillery, etc. Our military-industrial complex is built to mass produce war equipment. France's military won't be able to receive European equipment fast enough, especially when U.S warships are constantly positioned in Europe. As soon as war breaks out, the nearby ships could fire tons of cruise missiles.

This would just lead to EU supply vehicles (truck, sea, otherwise) being bombed/shot down without retaliation since they physically aren’t allowed to participate in the combat.

Honestly, this scenario doesn't make sense, you've essentially placed the USA and France into a vacuum and declared a handicap cage match. The problem is, is that even one metaphorical arm tied behind their back due to only using the navy, the resources and manpower available to the USA still outstrip everything that France could hope to muster.

The real strength of any European power is in their broader community of NATO/EU/Western Civilization than their individual strength (which the USA is incidentally a part of).

The French wouldn’t even be able to contest shit as all air forces and AA would be gone within 48 hours. In addition to the Air Force the Navy/Marines have you also have sea to land missiles fired from ships. These can and will knock out all AA and anything else.

Theoretically the US navy could sit off a coast of a nation and destroy its entire Air Force and air defenses without flying a single fighter jet. All from just lobbing missiles

Who is to say that the Americans will stop at France's borders? If I'm in charge of Britain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Italy, etc. then I'm preparing for an American invasion of my country next.

I'm positing that their eyes are on this situation on their borders that they, for some reason, magically can't help defend against. The question becomes: Do we send supplies to France or do we let them fall while building up our supplies to protect against an American invasion should the Americans decide to invade us next?

Oh, that makes sense - no, my dad was in the Army, that's why I had no idea what 03 was. Combat Engineer in this unit. Fought in Iraq, came back home with some PTSD and hearing loss. Too bad the VA didn't want to recognize it till 2020.
