Is true anarchism even possible? Wouldn't there be at least some type of leadership in a stateless area?

Many people tried to make anarchism work in other ways. Mainly by having some state control but giving the people a lot of freedoms.

iirc anarchy (and not chomskyite bullshit anarchist philosophy) is the absence of all hierarchy which is not necessarily conferred voluntarily as opposed to the (marxist) communist vision of a stateless society, which still implies a degree of hierarchical organisation
