What this person did doesn't take away from the fact that the primary complaint that the far right has- that Whites are shrinking towards becoming a permanent minority in most majority White countries, is seemingly happening. Which doesn't bode well for the White race not becoming extinct over the long term. So long as the people who believe in Great Replacement Theory see trends/facts which validate their worldview, there will continue to be some people who'll take action as they see fit, even if it won't meaningfully change the outcome or state of affairs they're lashing out against.

What I do is hardly relevant if I'm just one person. I've failed and have no good options. I'm too old and will likely never be economically successful, because I failed to launch and was unemployed for too long. There never is a concrete direction or purpose to life for a lot of people. Relationships are never going to be in the cards for me, given that I have no money.

My best option would be to forsake society entirely to join a monastery if that was an option.

I don't know what realistically could have been done here. Having a few more armed individuals in the store might have helped. Maybe. But I'm pretty sure a shooter who put their mind to it could kill 10-ish people regardless. And I suspect that - just statistically - increasing the percentage of armed people at the grocery store at all times is more likely to cause injuries and deaths then to prevent them.
