This is a direct sequel to the Buffalo Shooting Thread, which got deleted because of constant flaming and becoming off-topic. In this thread, i want everyone to actually stay on topic about shootings or other massacres in the U.S (or other countries, as well.)

I'm merely telling the truth about what goes on. The best way to prevent others like him is to directly address or alleviate their fears/concerns. But problem is, there is no way for societies to do this if what they're worried about is indeed happening. Very few people see themselves as evil. These people killed because they believed it was the right thing to do. For instance because they do not want "their race" to vanish.

"The White race" isn't a real thing, but there is a kernel of truth here, I think. People who've tied themselves to the majority racial identity are probably made to feel at threat by the fact that their overall majority is shrinking (becoming the plurality rather than a true majority, though it's unlikely that they'll ever become a real ethnic minority), specifically because it sort of represents them losing some sort of hegemony. Of course, that's not actually why white folks no longer have total cultural hegemony - civil rights movements and such have lessened their total cultural domination, to an extent - but the fact that people and organizations are playing on their fears of waning power and somehow losing their culture is probably a massive contributor to these shootings.
