Maybe incitement of a riot too. From testimonies of those who testified Trump tried to have Pence obstruct Congress then that could give him an obstruction of congress charge. Assuming the rest of Hutchinson’s testimony (The car segment is pretty shaky) is correct and he knew what was going to happen and didn’t stop it until it was too late then accessory charge could be issued.
