Except the Dr is probably more likely to murder you. Sure, both Drs and Lawyers frequently show callous indifference to suffering, but Drs have ample means and methods to murder that Lawyers do not. Further lawyers normally are cowards who turn to drink to hide their shame, not murder.

This is an interesting idea and I kind of like it.

However, I see a lot of very creative, calculated, and clever answers. Given the willingness and ability of posters to engage with the hypothetical as written, I don't think Edits will prove necessary in this particular situation. Many thanks though!

1. Kill the teacher. The doctor and lawyer can easily do their jobs and would likely be better at it. No brainer.
2. Marry the lawyer. Most "boring" and stable of the bunch - easy choice for long-term partner
3. Fuck the doctor. I've dated a few doctors and they are very much party animals. Would be fun.

My work hours are comparable to those of a lawyer so we would also be lifestyle compatible. When it's time to have kids she can retire.

Profession may hint at character of person working it, but really doesn't tell you about the person at all.
Maybe the lawyer is doing lots of pro bono work, lots for abused children etc. (Outside of office hours)
