American bullets do +5 Freedom damage, whereas Russian bullets benefit from the "Vodka For Everybody!" status effect when issued alongside a ration of high-proof spirits.

You would think so, but all the Russian Military Fails videos on YouTube seem to say that they barely know how to operate their own equipment...

Well, here's the thing; even if they are de facto independent, on the global stage, you're only independent if most or all other other countries say you are. If they say you're not independent, then you really are not, and only one or two countries saying you're independent isn't gonna cut it

Correct. Transnistria is only recognized by 4 countries, which themselves have limited recognition. If Russia invades Transnistria, then its invading Moldova. Transnistria needs actual recognition to be its own independent land.

Notice how it seems like almost every compilation has a different video of a tank being driven off the side of the transporter.

It's systemic incompetence, there's no excuse for having the same accident happen that many times.

Ukraine names 10 Russian soldiers in alleged human rights abuses in Bucha

According to Ukraine's prosecutor general, they are part of the 64th brigade from Khabarovsk, including at least 2 sergeants, 4 corporals, and 4 privates.
