Well, there isn't a lot of info even as to who's spending the most in that race, but my money right now's on Malika Sanders-Fortier.

Speaking of Alabama, another ballot measures just come from there:

Alabama: If number five passes, number six would authorise the state Code Commissioner to do the actual recompiling of articles and amendments to the constitution.

No, they didn't forget, it's just the best they can do short of writing a new constitution. Remember, the Alabama State Constitution is the single largest governing document in the world. There are nearly 1000 amendments to it.
