If You Could Talk To Your Past Self: What would you say?

I just recently watched the movie The Adam Project, about a time-traveling pilot (Ryan Reynolds), who crash-lands in 2022, and meets his 12-year old self. It gave me an idea for this thread. If your could talk to your past self (mechanics and paradoxes of time travel aside), when would you travel to, what advice would you give yourself at that time, and why? And don't just say something like "The outcomes of the next few sports games" or other profitable information, a la Back to the Future.

For me, I would travel to early 2020, and advise my pre-pandemic self to make the most of the lockdown, and start working out. The lockdown was hard on me, and in retrospect I should have taken better advantage of the free time.

I feel that, however I moved a lot so it was hard to make friends growing up.

When I was starting university, make sure to join student organizations / clubs in the first week of class. Don't procrastinate on building that work experience / community bonds until it's the last year.
