I dont think thats how it works. If Im not mistaken the ICC can issue a warrant and that person can then be arrested in countries that are signed on to the treaty.

Yeah, there is no way they'd willingly submit themselves to a tribunal. It's unheard of and likely to stay that way.

Do know the US imported oil and gas from Russia in 2021.

In 2021, the U.S. imported an average of 209,000 barrels per day (bpd) of crude oil and 500,000 bpd of other petroleum products from Russia.

It's not going to be decisive but it's part of an emerging pattern where basically everyone is saying "fuck russia" and in aggregate it's going to have major consequences

I don't want to see the people suffer but the more pressure that is put on Russia the chances go up the invasion ends and so does the possibility of regime change.

Zelensky says that Putin was bombing civilians DURING the peace talks.

This has probably been reported sort of, but this particular bit comes from about 15 minutes ago per my YouTube feed.

yeah there was no ceasefire agreement so
they kept fighting. Russia thinks every rocket reduces Ukraines bargaining position but really its thr opposite, every minute Ukraine withstands the attacks their position increases.
