Request for a clock

Postby Triniteras » Tue Jun 30, 2009 12:19 am

So do you know any good interval timer programs?
Mods, this was better in the moderation section. It went well with the "Request for a lock" thread.

I'm confused, Bunny.

This thread is mirrored in Moderation.

I posted in Moderation (which was pretty dumb, considering I ... um ... admitted to my post being SPAM!) and then ... I really should shut up ... went to look at the General board, and I saw my post there too.

Now I'm pretty much a one-poster Spamalanche, spamming both General and Moderation at the same time, and I want my mommy!

Someone said that Iron Chariots is the poster previously known as Knights of Liberty.

I like Iran Choriots anyway. KoL was good too.

I like being called Bunny.

No it wasn't. Left there it was spam and it would have resulted in a warning. I frankly don't care if it went "well" with another thread, it didn't belong, period. Oh and I wasn't the one who moved this thread.

I stand corrected. PC was a great poster too. Rather to close to my own opinions to ever argue with, but in threads I was interested in I wred every word.

Then I shall call you Bunny. Not too often, but when the occasion calls for it.

Excellent. To refer to me neutrally, use BSB. In neutral tone, I call you NnT.

I won't pretend to speak Japanese, and in any case I have problems with the honorifics they use, which seem to be based in social status. As if all old people deserve respect! Some of them are war criminals for fuck's sake.

So ... I'd like to know how I should address you when I'm being familiar. I've gone with Nanatsu up to now ... might have called you Nanny once ... but it isn't as soft a touch as Bunny.

What would be a pleasing diminutive of Nanatsu no Tsuki, which I could use to indicate that I'm a friend and am having fun with you?

So ... you want to turn your universal Turing machine into an egg-timer?

I must say, that is almost as trite as starting a Moderation thread because you thought the title would rhyme with some other Moderation thread.

Damn it, Trit! Code the damn thing already!

Or go look on Freshmeat.

I had a grandmother, who is now dead, who I called Nana.

So if I ever say anything really weird, to you, calling you Nana ... please consider that I might not actually be addressing you. It's just me, talking to my dead grandmother, who is in heaven now because that's what she wanted.

They have internet in Heaven. They must, right? Or else it would be less than perfect. :)

I could Google that, but having used the term myself I will wing it: a rimshot is striking the "rim" of the drum with drumsticks. As a comical reference, it is like "boom boom tish!" -- a musical comment on the host's joke.

Except it says "crap joke" instead. I try to hit the drums and miss, just like my MC tried to make a joke and missed.

Anyway, that's how I meant it when I used it.
