Didn’t they want to ban Sesame Street characters because Big Bird supported getting vaccinated and didn’t they want to defund the show because of a Korean American character was on there?

Also why don’t the Democrats have a CPAC thing?

There is always hope. ;)

Yeah you can also hope for a unicorn, you’ll get that first

How much of a political organization do you think it is?

Inherent, 100% from the very beginning
Is it political simply because people didn’t like the ruling?
no it’s political because it affects politics
this is not hard!

I think the problem we face now is the inherent desire to place an ideologue versus simple bias. Probably a test case would be the three trump judges. See their rulings on something important to the republicans…..

This - it's a difference between personal politics, and activism.

Someone can have a bias, but it shouldn't affect their ruling - the explicit role of the Supreme Court is to make rulings on constitutionality regardless of parties, and if they're not able to do that (for whatever reason) then they are failing to do the one thing they exist for.

That’s not
There isn’t a “constitutionality regardless of parties” existing out in the ether you can appeal to

GMS, the guy's been complaining that he's been cancelled for using slurs in a BUSINESS conference. Are you sure this is the thing you want to not only support, but actively reward?

Edit: Wait, I forgot that the guy's not even in the company anymore, on account of him complaining that he's been expelled. So you'd literally be giving more money to the company that he hates now.

It's possible, just not under the current rules. Rewrite them, and impossible things all of a sudden become possible :)

Not that there are a significant amount of politicians on the Hill who really wants to make the Court non-partisan, so any such change is just not in the cards.
