There was a violent protest, they have been tried or are being tried in a US Court of Law. There was a peaceful protest by the majority of Persons at the Trump Rally, like by my Republican, Cuban and American friends at the Trump Rally, American Vietnam Combat Veterans of the Army, Navy, Air Force and US Marines. One of them is a Cuban American Republican Politician within the Republican Party. I wish I could have gone with them and I was there in spirits with them. It is ridiculous to attempt a coup d'état, against the Capitol Police, the US government and the Armed Forces of the USA, with 500 or so violent right wingers. There are no emails and texts stating, Lets overthrow the US government.

They did not attempt to stop the certification via an insurrection.

You have yet to present your proof of fraud that wasn’t presented in court. Even Trump appointed Judges dismissed the lawsuits.
