You do know that Tomahawks can destroy missile launchers, right?

You can place them in bunkers and subs, or cloak them with stealth etc

Anti-ship missiles can be launched from so many platforms too (air, land, sea, subsurface etc)

Britain will simply use it's cloaking technology, which they got from the Romulans.

The UK makes many of its own weapon systems. It is one of the most technologically advanced countries in terms of military tech.

The UK does not have a cloaking system. No country on earth has a cloaking system. This is not something that should need to be said.

It wouldn't matter anyway. The anti-ship missiles would be useless against the Enterprise's shields.

But what if the Romulans have given Britain disruptors as well as cloaking technology?

That could only be part of a plot by the Romulans to subjugate the British government. And fortunately the Doctor would put an end to that.

How would you know if they did though? You wouldn't be able to see it.

The good news is, the cloaking machine works. The bad news is, we can't find it.

I don't think you know what stealth is or how it works.

Exactly, Britain will just do that with their anti ship missiles.

No one will know they're there until they splash into the ocean 900 miles from the American fleet.

Isn't battlefield invisibility/cloaking active camouflage already a thing?

Didn't the USA already use it in the Middle East?

Say after both sides have used lots of missiles and say the US does get to London, could we theoretically get a Call of Duty style firefight in the city streets? British shooters against American shooters running round to try and control important locations?

You know if you want an examples of what warfare in the 21st century looks like their are real world conflicts you can look at like Syria, Ukraine, and Armenia rather than fantasying about video games.

With the exception of Armenia neither of those are state to state, let alone peer to peer.

For round 3, from which specific branches abs units do you think the 200 fighters will be drawn for?

Is it the SAS for the British?

The Royal Logistic Corps vs the United States Space Force.

I can’t begin to imagine what the elite special forces could do in close quarters shootout and combat

What do you think about Tokyo Disneyland as a battlefield? I think it’s a great place for each side to showcase their tactics and skills. It’s very 3 dimensional battle space with lots of elevation points and tactical spots to skirmish over.

This is why I picked it for round 3
