It is impossible for two such people to have the same moral compass. This hypothetical is comparable to the hypothetical, "what if there was a fruit that was both an apple, and an orange? Not a hyrbid of the two, but both 100% apple, and 100% orange."

This is outside of the range of what can be conceived of, so it cannot be meaningfully understood. Another way to interpret your question is, "What if, hypothetically, these personal features of individuals were entirely insignificant to their functions - would you consider them to be significant?"

The answer is in the question, so it is a tautology, not a question. Nothing with any comprehensible meaning has been stated in the thesis of this thread.

Nah, it doesn't have to be the case. It is entirely possible (even likely) that both are the normal types of corrupt self-interested rabid sociopaths whose identities are just there to generate votes, and thus their views can comfortably be exactly the same.

Because if the only difference between two candidates is that one is religious and the other is not, I would trust more in the non-religious candidate to make good political decisions because I think he or she acts morally good not out of fear for a God, but purely out of his or her own nature and also I would better trust a politician who accepts that he or she does not know or understand certain things than making up stories to comfort him or herself. To be clear this is not an attack on religion, I don't think religious people are untrustworthy just that non-religious people are more likely to make political decisions more in line with my own views.

Anything can happen in politics. Last time in my country, all of the hardline Islamist fundamentalists and most millennials voted for the secular-nationalist candidate, who is unable to properly recite the Quran and who was formerly a key figure within the New Order military regime known to have persecuted ulemas. Meanwhile, all of the secular urban liberals and most boomers voted for the most powerful Muslim cleric in the country who was influential behind the success of the Islamist 2016 blasphemy mass protests.
