Anecdotal but (even though it's clearly not all of them ) in my experience shrinks have an rep of saying some off-base shit beyond their fields. Same is true of some in the hard sciences but shrinks are the ones who made it their entire personalty.

I mean, France has WAY more political parties than normal people portray. It's just that they're organized in coalitions, however, some of their ideologies/platforms are really hard to differ from each other.
