I tried the Maduro diet once and while I had a shit ton of extra cash, I woke up in the hospital after a few days later

Diets are BS. Overall it's simple math and logic: calories in vs. calories out. The key is to eat less junk that has a ton of calories, chips, suggary crap.... read labels, check what you eat and find out how much nutritianal value you actually need. Then eliminate enough to create a deficit, and enhance your caloric expedience: even if you just go for a walk you didn't before.

Personally I stay away from almost all processed suggar and fatty crap like potato chips. Replaced starch and carbs with more vegetables, that one is pretty simple too: just replace rice, noodles, potatoes etc. with more greens: Steak and salad FTW! Don't drink sodas that have a fuckton of suggar and balance it out with acids, cold black tea with some lemon is amazing when it's hot for instance. Even if you crave fries, just try to make them yourselves. Cut and blanch potatoes, then fry them in a pan...it's pretty simple to make something like this:



learn 2 cook, people, it's not rocket science. You don't even need a ton of fancy equipment, one decent pan, a proper knife, a peeler and 2 pots, that will do you for 90% of things. Learn some basics of cooking, any man should be able to feed himself anyway. And learn to properly season your shit, salt and pepper people! You don't need expensive spice mix bulls**t, salt, pepper and some parsley (just boy one of these small fresh pots, not that dried sh*t) will do for the beginning.

To the people who are anti-abortion/pro-life, pro-gun control, or anti-LGBTQ, consider the following: just because it does not align with your personal beliefs does not in any way mean that it is your problem. If you don’t like something, you don’t have to associate with it at all. A truly benevolent society wishes to give its citizens more rights, not take them away. If someone wanted to take away YOUR ability to live your life the way you do, you would be very upset. Let other people live their own damn lives in peace.
