Congratulations, you have discovered Nietzsche. What you overlooked was that he never had much use for actual fascist ideology or anything proto-fascist that might have existed in his day. He was also at times inconsistent, and while a great philosopher, preferred detached and dispassionate observation over making generalized prescriptions to remedy most things that he criticized as social pathologies. He had little use for nationalism, even advocating a United Europe and world.
