And she's getting a 10-year sentence (9 years for the death, 2.5 for membership in a terrorist organisation, which evidently add up to 10). That's all. I find the sentence disturbingly lenient: stuff like that should carry the maximum penalty available by law, always.
The court found Wenisch guilty of belonging to a foreign terrorist organisation, and of assisting attempted murder, an attempted war crime and a crime against humanity.
The judges said she had also threatened to shoot the Yazidi girl if she did not stop crying.
