I am from planet Earth, where a few decent people and most of them despicable and evil people live, kill for various reasons, pollute their nearby places and as such are most horrible to themselves as well as others.

Downstate Illinois, United States.

It's currently the best time of year, weather-wise. Temperatures are comfortable, humidity's nicely low without being too dry, and the leaves are turning and falling off the trees. Soon it'll be winter, and I'll be grumbling about the cold....

"...I have been gravely disappointed with the white moderate. I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in the stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Council-er or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who prefers a negative peace which is the absence of tension to a positive peace which is the presence of justice; who constantly says "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I can't agree with your methods of direct action;" who paternalistically feels he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by the myth of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait until a "more convenient season." -MLK Jr.

Born in Tennessee, raised in Indiana for my whole life. It's nice. Although I wish id lived in the more rural areas rather than suburban central Indiana. Mainly because I like being able to see innumerable stars in the sky rather than like 20 plus the moon at most.

Weather's nice now too. Perfect camping weather

Born in NoVa. Currently living in SoCal. Lived in Ohio, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire over the years. California's fine, but I'd rather be back East.

I am from Houston, Texas. It's a hot, humid, sprawling, crime-ridden disgrace of a city that I wouldn't recommend.

Other places I have lived are California, Virginia, Washington, Iceland, and Japan.

I was born in Albania and what can i say, it's nice to go there, but not so much after 1 or 2 weeks.

There's a theory that WWI would've just been called the Second Franco-Prussian War if Germany hadn't asked for permission, been refused and then invaded Belgium anyway.

As to the thread's question, I'm from the red star country. Having apparently outlasted all my compatriots, I have a special category all to myself in the poll.
