2. Has the second largest wool porduce in the world.
3.Is actually able to feed ourselves if the world goes pearshaped, unlike China which has to import food or the US who can't stop eating, we can also clothe oursleves as well and would be quite easy to look after ourselves, sure tech would be basic but I would rather be better off by being able to eat regurarily then have a internet or a computer or a TV etc and starving or food being expensive.
Time line (in my rough opinion)
2015: World economy collapses due to the increase in massive debts around the world.
2016: US gives up American Samoa, Hawaii (okay maybe not hawaii) and all the Pacific terrorties to help there economy on the American Contient.
2017: NZ gets large amounts of refugees streaming from the pacific, due to our help everyone nature we send aid overseas.
2020: NZ decides a quick political campaign to control the pacific nations so they can recieve better treatment.
2021: Fiji refuses, thus a large civillian uprising occurs and a civil war takes place, NZ gets involved and is able to wrestle control from the Military run goverment.
2024: NZ becomes a Republic or Federation,
2027-28: Become Polynesian Federation of Polynesian Republic.
2029: With control over most of the pacific NZ becomes a major player due to much shipping that has to cross the pacific and is taxed.
First laugh of the day. Thank you.

Because "power in numbers" only takes you so far in the real world.
Seriously, Ido not think any actual country (terrorist organizations are not countries) is contemplating an invasion of U.S. soil at this point or in any point in the next few decades.
That's another Friedman point (which I am spewing a lot of here), one of the advantages the U.S. has had and will continue to have is that nobody is ballsy enough, really, to try and attack us on our own turf in a serious manner. In that respect, war tends to help us economically and do little to tarnish our morale, since we, unlike Europe, were not close to obliterated during either of the two world wars, nor any other war subsequent to those wars really.
At least, on the scale that Europe was. Sure we were attacked and I think Kiska was occupied during WWII, but they are blips on the radar scale (not trying to make the deaths/reality of it less than what they are) in contrast to what other nations have experienced.
Or something like that.
Eh.

France is too far to the west to be anywhere near the Asian plate. Turkey and parts of Russia are part of Eurasia.
Apparently your science class never went over Plate Tectonics in detail... "Europe" and "Asia" are not on separate plates, there is a "Eurasian" plate, the only part of the Eurasian continent that isn't part of the Eurasian plate is a segment of Siberia, which is part of the North American Plate, The Middle East and Turkey which is its own plate, and India which its own plate. France sits on the same damn tectonic plate that China does.

Yes. Those things look like plastic crap, but we underestimate them because they're so cheap! They're actually robotic weaponry and we're all gonna die!
Oh, except Burundi, where people can't afford even the cheapest Chinese plastic crap. The next Cold War is going to be China. Versus Burundi.

Yes, but China has a massive economy, and was the only world nation that was left pretty much unaffected by the recession.
India, on the other hand, is a very poor country, and cannot afford to pay for all it's citizens. That is why China is controlling the population.
