When you are banned from the forums, the ban applies to YOU, the player. You can't create new nations and just keep posting.

The FAQ isn't part of the forums. You're not banned from the FAQ. Normally the process is to delete both the ban breaking nation and the original banned nation. I'm giving you a break and only deleting the ban breaking nation. Go read the telegrams on your main nation and STOP BREAKING THE RULES of the site.
