You need to ask them(the mods) in the moderation part of the forum. This part of the forum, even though it's called "general" should really be titled "Non-NS and other stuff".

Also your downvotes are prob because of your current region since I looked and can't find another reason why you're getting downvoted. Move to another region, should keep your problem from getting worse.

Take this as a answer and don't go making any more threads. You will prob be punished for it. When in doubt, file a GHR (get help request; you can find it at bottom of the 'HELP' page).
