I seriously doubt Trump is going to prison. Our reticence about prosecuting former presidents is so strong we'll probably never do it, even if he declared "you're damn right I ordered the code red!" on national TV.

I mean, out of the candidates who recently expressed interest, I'd say Trump has the best shot-no one will like Cruz or Gaetz. If we count Candace Owens as recent she is also likely. Out of the considered candidates, Larry Hogan and DeSantis have the best shot in my opinion. Haley and maybe Rand Paul are also possibilities, but from what I've seen of Haley in the Prager.U comments she's not well liked.

I don't think hes going to get off. I think he will go to jail and if he wants to run from prison by all means. It would be very interesting to see how many votes he got when he can't campaign and has a very limited campaign.
