Incidentally, leukemia popped up as one of the search results when I made the mistake of googling my symptoms. Which just made the stomach pain that much worse because I started getting anxious even though I’m 99% certain it’s not leukemia.

Oddly enough, considering the conversation after I left the building... gallbladder (though, what with the pandemic, I've been left 15 months now and, given that some complications have popped up -- hence not wanting to make a joke about the uber-complication -- there's a chance my surgery may be open).

Though, if it turns out to be that for you Xmara, and it's caught early and treated early, there's no reason why it shouldn't be perfectly routine.

This is more meant as reassurance than an attempt to play diagnostics, but I also recall having had stomach pain which can be referred as you describe, for which the course of treatment was medication.

As a coeliac, I can speak on this with some authority. It took about two weeks to start really feeling the benefit of going gluten-free.

If you are fully gluten-intolerant (as in coeliac), it also takes six months for your body to return to normal. But that needs a blood test to properly diagnose (which is, ironically, best undertaken while still on a gluten-containing diet).

The diet's worth a try. It sounds like your doctor is trying all possible tracks, so hopefully you'll feel better soon.
