A good rule of thumb is that if the article dosent say hes white, especially if his victims are mentioned to not be white, then he is almost certainly a minority. Whenever a white person screws up the media is all to eager to blame it on his race.

While true more often than not, good human beings wait for some sort of corroborating evidence before assuming the race of the attacker in question.
